Night feeds
How many times a night does your little one wake up to eat?
My son is 3.5months old he wakes up minimum 2 times a night.
He goes down between 7:30-9pm
first wake up between 12-1:30am
Second time 3-5:30am
He could then again wake up at 6am for the day or wake up have a feed and back to sleep till around 7-7:30.
I know our "routine" isn't very stable but it works for him as someday he'll have day naps other days he won't. So I just roll with what he needs to do.
