Rude insensitive people😞

My co worker made a rude comment today .. he said “why don’t you have kids already? If it was up to me I decide when to have kids I will have them immediately not like you” I am so upset on this as I have PCOS and have been trying to conceive for more than year with very irregular periods .. had a missed miscarriage at 8 weeks and pregnant with my rainbow baby and cannot say anything to such comments as I was too shocked and just worried about my rainbow baby. I am 29.☹️☹️ .. I cannot and don’t want to tell all this to him ..How can some people be so presumptuous without knowing the reality of pregnancy that it’s not always easy to get pregnant and having healthy pregnancy 😢
