Anyone else with SPD?

Question

After struggling for months with terrible pelvic pain, my doctor has diagnosed me with SPD-Symphysis Pubic Dysfunction. Anyone else have this and found anything helpful for it? He didn't mention much on what I could do about it besides taking some Tylenol and resting. I'm terribly uncomfortable and in pain all the time 😞

Chiropractor might help a little bit. And maybe a pregnancy support belt.

I've had it with my last 2 pregnancies and am just starting to feel it now at 22 weeks. The ONLY thing that helps me is physical therapy twice a week. It is immensely helpful and has gotten me through my last two pregnancies with a considerable amount less of pain than my first two. I couldn't even put my own pants on and was needing a wheelchair when my Dr suggested physical therapy. It's a lifesaver! Definitely recommend asking your dr
