Failed my glucose test miserably.
Hey ladies...so my score was 227. HORRIBLE. I have never had to watch what I eat before so can anyone with a little experience help me out with some guidance? What foods are best for meals and snacks and what should be avoided at all costs?? I’m really struggling already! I meet with a dietician in a week but definitely need to change things as best as I can right away because I failed so badly.
