When does the beginning of your second trimester start?

I read elsewhere that it starts at the beginning of week 13, but on glow it says it starts at the beginning of week 14 🤔 I am confused.

I was always under the impression that you’re first trimester ends 13 weeks 6 days. My OB won’t see me until I’m 14 weeks (second trimester) I think people confuse the risk of miscarriage going down and when the second tri starts?🤷‍♀️

Technically 13.3 weeks but most doctors round to 14 weeks.
