I’m 4 weeks and 5 days today, we literally just found out two days ago. I attend a boot camp workout class that’s pretty vigorous. My husband and I have been trying to have a baby, so we are over the moon ecstatic. I just want to protect this little thing inside of me so it can grow big and strong. I’ve read exercise is still very important to pregnant women. My question is, should I quit my vigorous boot camp class? We use dumbbells or mostly our own body weight and I know not to lay on my belly. I just don’t know what’s too much. Help!
