Stressed and overwhelmed
FTM here, today is my first day exclusively on formula feeding. My LO is 4 months old and we just both couldn’t breastfeed anymore. It wasn’t working out. So now I have him on formula, but I feel so overwhelmed. How do I know how much to feed? What nipple size ?what formulas? Ugh 😩
