Girl or boy

Doc says it's still early but this is our baby at 12  weeks and 5 days but he did say if it was a little boy you would be able to see a little penis so I'm hoping it doesn't change . At week twelve the genatalia is distinct but not fully grown so that's why he isn't sure yet what do you ladies think ? He says he is 60 percent sure
