California Maternity leaves !!!
I know I’m really late but everything I thought of reading this, got really confused.
Anyone from California? In shortcut, explain me how many weeks maternity leaves you are eligible for?
My HR said, 6 weeks. Then she said under FMLA 12 weeks(of course unpaid).
I really appreciate if anyone explain how this works?
Also, if you get 12 weeks. Would it be to take all together or I can split?
