Can lifting cause a miscarriage

This might seem like a stupid question but I’m 10 weeks pregnant and have a history of miscarriage. Had my ultrasound the other day and everything looked great. I’ve never gotten this far. Well tonight something fell off my fridge - a bottle of vodka and it smashed into pieces on the side of my fridge on the floor. My husband is away so I moved the fridge slightly to try to get it away from the walk and cleaned it up. Then I realized I prob shouldn’t be doing that so I pushed it back. I didn’t lift anything I moved it, but now I am paranoid I might have caused something to happen. Advice anyone??
