I've reached a point where i know i am depressed and i know i need help. Getting help is insane though :-(. I've been trying to figure out insurance and find a therapist that accepts my insurance. I tried for two days with no luck. I talked to my family dr and all i learned from that is i need a new family dr :-/. Does anyone have any advice on how to make it easier to figure out?
