Alright so I'm two days late for my period I tested this morning got a faint positive. When I gety period normally it's intense cramping and back aches. Well this after noon I started cramping a little and a little back ache now I have a little bleeding bright pink blood. I'm scared I don't want it to be ectopic or miscarriage. Please tell me if this is just normal.
