Yellow / brown discharge 5 days after D&C ... HELLPPP

Hi all I really need some help. I had a D&C Monday. Bleeding basically stopped Thursday and today is Saturday and every time I wipe I get a very yellow / brown (think baby poo colour) discharge. It doesn’t smell. And when I see it I think well maybe I haven’t wiped the other side properly but I definitely have and it’s definitely discharge? Could this be a sign of a problem?? When I go to poop my tummy cramps and when I need to fart it’s super painful. I’m not sure what’s normal and what’s not and I can’t just go see a doctor as they are 8hours away from where I live... any suggestions?
