Gestational diabetes.
I found out a couple days ago that I have gestational diabetes. I ate healthy, never a lot of sweets because I didn't want them. Tons of salads, and protiens. Now I have to give myself insulin twice daily, and poke my fingers every 2 hours to make sure I'm not to high. Anyone else going through this? I've cried every day since finding out, and I don't know what to do, I can't seem to find the right combination of things to eat so my sugar doesn't go over. Any help?
