Only one sore boob

I haven’t had a period since June last year, an I’ve never skipped one month let alone this many.. anyway I’ve noticed I’ve had one very sore boob.. the whole time I’ve missed my period.. but lately it’s been hella sore! Plus my other boobs nipple is actually sore too. I’ve felt my sore boob for lumps but I can’t feel any, doctors don’t know what’s wrong but has anyone had something similar? I’m so worried about having a very sore boob for months an months an only having one sore boob..
