Is too much vitamin A toxic during pregnancy?
So I jus found out that The recommended amount of vitamin A during pregnancy is 770 mcg per day, but when I checked my Rainbow Light Prenatal, it had up to 1305 mcg of vitamin A. Is it too much? Should I stop taking it? I’m a little worried, this is my first baby and I’ve been told too much vitamin A can cause birth defects and kidney problems.
