Pills?

Question

Is there any pills as in helping ttc.. supplements, fertility pills.. anything that could help.  I have PCOS, hard to ovulate,  irregular periods, thyroid disease. Please help.  Or anything that could help get us pregnant.  ((I ALREADY KNOW.  HAVE sex.. but something more than that.

Me and my fiance are on a vitamin regime. Its incredible it gives your body that boost and helps with the reproductive system. 
He takes daily
1000mg of vitamin C
Folic acid
Vitamin B
Zinc 15mg (most important for male fertility)
Co-enzyme Q10, 30mg
Maca root 500mg
Vitamin D 1000iu

I take 
Vitamin E 400iu
Vitamin B
Pregnacare conception

Thing is, the problem lies with his sperm motility, so its kinda different scenarios, but im sure it would help you guys out anyway. Exercise and learn relaxation :-)
