Red/hot face, no AF, BFN

So I started working in July at a daycare with a bunch of other females and my cycle seemed like it was finally getting regular. It went from 38 days to 31 days. But then went up to 36 days. My predicted AF is late though but got a BFN yesterday morning and this morning. I have cramps super bad today! My face also keeps getting red and hot which is something that has never happened to me before AF or with my first pregnancy. Any ideas what may be going on? I’m so ready for baby #2 but I’m starting to lose hope.
