Pain medicine during pregnancy?

I haven’t been pregnant for six years so I forgot the answer to this. I know it’s not recommended, but which one is safer. I HAVEN’T GOTTEN MY BFP YET. I’m halfway through my tww, and have had two awful headaches.

Tylenol is the only pain medicine on my approved list, so acetaminophen only.
