Confused

Ladies I need your advice. Not sure what's going on af is just not normal this month. I normally have a pretty steady flow for 5-7 days. This month I have had spotting and 2 days where it was pretty heavy and that's it. I have never had this happen and I'm still cramping I usually only cramp right before af then the first day or two after its started never after she's can and gone. The spotting has been just brown no red or pink. Help please freaking out!!!
