I day bleeding!

AF was due the 26th and has always been regular never a day late or early the morning of the 25th I woke up and was bleeding I bled the day of the 25th then nothing since my cycles r normally 4-6 days , but for the last week I have done nothing but want to sleep had constant headaches and stomach has been upset ..... Advise please
