Could i be pregnant?

Okay So i am on birth control (the patch) and I know it’s supposed to cause pregnancy like symptoms but ive been on it for almost a year and i think my body has been immune to the symptoms for a couple months however I have been feeling very nauseous a lot I have been very moody my feet always hurt i have sort of headaches a little im always hungry and i have been cramping but not period cramps these are like pressure in the middle of my pelvis when i am about to start my period my cramps come on the sides of my pelvis so do you guys think i could be pregnant ?
