Is Benefibre safe during pregnancy?

If so how many doses is safe? It says up to three a day. I have been having it for a week now starting at one dose a day but it’s actually made me really constipated:(

I’ve been taking benefiber twice daily since my second trimester. I’m now 33 weeks pregnant. YOU HAVE TO DRINK A TON OF WATER. Like at least 15 glasses of water a day. I know it sounds like a lot but it’s really good for you and your baby - as well as constipation. Being that hydrated has also helped me with Braxton Hicks Contractions.  KEEP DRINKING TONS OF WATER!!!

Benefibre is a bulk former so move towards colace or prunes or pears to soften stool

You should stop taking the benefiber since it’s not working, try docusate-aka-colace. 
It is used more frequently for pregnant women. 
Also upping your fiber intake without increasing the amount of fluids you intake can leave you even more constipated.
So take the colace twice a day until u have a bowel movement. STILL drink lots of water 💕
Then you could take it once a day to keep you regulated, or just take it when you need to. 
But definitely stop the benefiber first.
