Pain in kidney area

Hi all,

I am experiencing pain on my lower back on the right side, kidney area.

I am probably over dramatic, we had a miscarriage a year ago and finally decided to start trying a few months ago.

I have been having cramps, and suddenly today I got a horrible pain in my kidney area. The problem is I am traveling for two weeks and I might be pregnant. I'm scared that something could be going on...

Test says negative I am expecting my period next week. But with my previous pregnancy test didn't say positive until almost a month after my expected period...

Has anyone experienced that pain?
