Help:( TMI razor bumps

does anyone know how to get rid of this razor burn/bumps? I try everything but my skin down there just doesn’t like being shaved! Because if the area it’s in, it’s rubbing and creating more friction as it grows back. I have a pimple and red spots over..my moms pubis is even worse, I’ll upload the photo but i might be

I bought tend skin today online as they don’t sell it in my country. Will this help clear it up? Or is it quite strong? I am scared incase it causes a even worse reaction
