My back aches so bad 24/7.

So I’m 11w and my back has been killing me for weeks, I’m going to go to a chiropractor or massage therapist soon but i’m just wondering is this because of the pregnancy? I don’t understand why it’s hurting so bad this early😭 Is this normal?
