Severe lower back pain can’t walk on my right leg

This happens whenever I have a busy day and today was a busy day lol anyways I have this pain in my lower back towards the right that hurts whenever I stand or lay, it got so bad that my right leg gave out due to the pain, my husband had to carry me back into our room and lay me down while I was laying a pain from underneath my belly button came out of nowhere now my back and my front hurt I can’t move because my uterus will flex causing it to hurt... help
