Lots of blood😩

We just had sex for the first time since I found out I’m pregnant. I’ve had 3 ectopics so I’m uber cautious. I bled a lot. Like a lot, a lot. Anyone else have this happen? I’ve been spotting for weeks and so a little blood doesn’t worry me but it’s more than I’m comfortable with. I’m not going to the er as there is nothing that can be done if I’m miscarrying. I just wanted to know if anyone else had this happen and everything turned out ok. Thank you!
