Advice please!

I'm 16dpo. AF 2-3 days late, all BFN tests. I have what I think are a lot of pregnancy symptoms, but I know they are so similar to AF. Strangest ones for me are heartburn, really bloated, darker nipples/areolas, a lot of stretchy yellowish CM, cervix very high, closed and soft.

Should I go get a blood test today? We're seeing our families for Labor Day, and I would LOVE to know before then.
