Engaged!

So my girlfriend and I have been dating for over a year now. We have known each other for over 2 years, and I’ve always had a crush on her. For a few months ago we went through some pretty rough crap, but it seriously brought us closer together.

So we both knew we wouldn’t be able to see each other on our 1 year because of other commitments we spend the day before just chilling together... so before we had to leave to go home she stopped me. She had my close my eyes and give her my hands. I smiled cause I was hopping she would just kiss me before the break. Well I felt her slide something onto my ring finger. I tended at first till she kissed me knowing it would calm me. When I opened my eyes she had put a ring on my finger. She said it was the engagement ring her father gave to her mother.

Then she asked me to marry her. I said yes! She is about to be 18 and I’ll be 18 in August. I know we might be young but she makes me feel so happy and whole.
