does he like me?

so im 15 and this guy who is 16 so i have been friends with him since last year and we just started being better friends this year. So he hit me up on new years asling if i could give him a bj and i agreed. So we were talking for like the week and half later. So this past friday i went to his house and i have him a bj and like we made out and talked. I was at his house for like 3 hrs. Weve been talking yesterday and today. Like all my friends think he likes me but im not sure because he will leave me on open sometimes and i just dk. And i really like him but im not sure what to do because i want to be with him but i dont think he feels the same way. And like he always calls me cute and says he loves me but idk. someone help plsss!!!

And i know for a fact he hasnt told any of his friends!!
