Do guy friends tell each other about their sex life?

My bf lives with his roommate from work (we all work together) and I worry sometimes my bf tells him things about our sex life. He tells me he wouldn’t do that but idk if all guys do it because I’ve had guy friends who I’ve overheard talking about their girlfriends and them having sex. Like today his roommate was saying how his girl is a freak and my boyfriend fist bumped his hands as if like he was saying yeah me too or my gf is too. They are close and I just worry he tells him things which it private business but like I said who knows. I know his friend tells him things about his gf so I wonder if that makes my bf feel to tell him things about me too .
