Pharmacy or medical school with a toddler?

Has anyone done either of those things while working and as a mom to a toddler? I want to know what I’m getting into. I’ve been a pharmacy tech for 10+years so I won’t be going in blind. I need 5 more classes at a college for prerequisites.

The only reason why i chose to be a pharmacy school is because you’ll still be able to live your life and be a health profession. I think since you have prior knowledge of drugs and insurance company works, it’s better to do pharmacy school! I work in Walgreens pharmacy and my pharmacy manager and pharmacist have a 9-5 job and is still able to go out on vacation whenever they want. Also pharmacy school takes about 6-8 years where as medical school takes 8-10 years. However at the end it’s your choice! Good luck!!

There are a couple of girls at my med school who are moms. I am pregnant in first year so I can’t give any advice yet. But I know where there’s a will there’s a way. Good luck!
