Difficulty TTC after having mirena pulled?

Hi all! So my S.O and i are ttc and i had my mirena pulled on october 18th and so far ive had 3-4 periods so far, and we go at it all the time even during my fertile periods and so far nothing :/ ive tried laying with my hips tilted up after sex, ive tried laying against the wall with my legs up, and at this point ive given up tracking sex cause i feel like im not gonna succeed with concieving and it makes me depressed cause we really want to concieve. Is there anyone who can give me some tips youve tried that has work? Im 24 and im quitting smoking and im being careful with the meds im on for psych reasons so i can be pregnant..... please, any ideas and tips are very much appreciated
