Cold Vs. Strep- help!

Advice needed! I’m 17 weeks and this is my second severe cold. The last time I had a bad cold my nurse practitioner suggested I go to urgent care and get checked for strep, $100 later it was just a common cold. Now a month later I’m sick again... I’ve had horrible sinus pressure, sneezing, coughing and a sore throat for almost 5 days now. I’m taking Tylenol, mucinex and am living off tea and my steam humidifier but it doesn’t seem to be getting any better.

My question is- knowing there isn’t much that can be done for a cold while pregnant when do you go in and see a doctor vs just waiting the cold out?! I hate to go to urgent care again for a cold they can’t do anything about...
