Anyone else waking up in the middle of the night and can’t fall back to sleep?

I’m 7 w 6 d and after about 3 hours of sleep, I wake up to pee and can’t fall back to sleep. Then I start to feel nauseous. I only seem to feel nauseous when I first wake up and it can take me hours to get back to sleep.

Every night! It’s killing me lol I wake up between 2-3 and can’t go back to sleep, then I’m exhausted all day.

Yes this is happening to me 😫 woke up at 3am for a wee then just lay there till I had to get up at 6.30am....this is on top of already getting up twice to pee. No idea how I’m going to get through work today!

I had to wake up at 4:30 am this morning to head to the airport to travel for work and maybe slept an hour. By the time I fall back to sleep, I’m dead tired when it’s the actual time to be up.
Is this a first trimester thing or for the long haul?

I fall asleep perfectly but then wake up in the night up to 5 times. Sometimes taking ages to go back to sleep 😣 heard you can get this is pregnancy. Just isn’t nice. Hope you sleep better soon x

I wake up every morning (not by choice) between 3am and 4am and can't fall back asleep. Its awful. I'm about 9 weeks. I hope I get some rest before I hit the big and uncomfortable stage lol
