Is there any French people on this app?

I'm just curious because I'm American but now living in France, maybe I can have some advice on how the French are during their pregnancy.. i.e how it works for doctors appointments down to what you're eating during pregnancy??
Are there only Americans in this app?

I'm a Franco-American! Born & raised in San Francisco but living in the Southwest of France. 
My experience with pregnancy here is pretty different from what it was in the US. For one they start care with a midwife or OB/GYN pretty late (at the end of your first trimester when most miscarriage risk has passed -unless you're high risk due to multiple miscarriages); they do labs EVERY month (ridiculous); the availability of birthing centers is incredibly limited (there are 5 in the whole country right now); homebirths are few & far between...
On the plus side: universal healthcare! If you follow their rules (3 ultrasounds in pregnancy: one at 12 weeks, one at 20 weeks & one at...ummm...32 or 35 (?) weeks) then after 24 weeks you are completely covered for everything pregnancy related -& even some stuff that seems unrelated. I don't know if that applies to non-citizens.

Well I'm Icelandic but live in the UK. I've seen people from Australia and NZ on here as well. 
Maybe it's up to the marketing plan for glow? 
Starting with English speaking countries first then move onto other places? 
Maybe the French have their own sort of app that is like glow?
