Gender/Genetics scan

So we are supposed to get a Gender/Genetics ultrasound and Tufts has been giving me the run around all day said they no longer accept my health insurance wanted me to switch but wouldn't tell me what to switch too my baby doctors office told me they were gonna send the information to my case worker and they would call me back I'm afraid I have to wait another month to know what my gender is anyone else experiencing this?
