Spotting at 7 weeks?

I'm 7 weeks and 1 day today. I noticed some slight brown discharge when I wipe. I'm 30 and this is my first pregnancy after 7 years of trying. Should I be concrened? I hear it's normal? But is it still normal this late? I have also had slight cramping. But I've been cramping every day since my positive pregnancy test. 
Hubs and I DID have sex 3 days ago... I noticed a lot of white and clear cm that night. Could the sex cause this as well?

I had brown spotting in 2 of my pregnancies,  once at 7 wks and once at 9 wks. Both were successful healthy births. It can be scary but also can be normal. I would refrain from sex until seen at your 1st appt. Just my 2 cents. Hang in there hun!

Now I am 29 weeks, all good, never lost blood again.
It is hard not to think about it, but try to relax. All the best for you and baby.

Sex can cause it but always get checked out. I had the same thing at 5 weeks and I lost it - always better to be safe than sorry

Brown is old blood, so it could be that the sex just disturbed it slightly and that's why it's coming out. As long as it remains brown it's not an issue.
