How healthy did you eat while pregnant?

If you didn't eat healthy did your baby turn out  healthy?

Before pregnancy I was sooo healthy. I had hyperemesis and hardly ate and then could only keep down donuts, sweet potatoes, and rice krispies. The whole time. I ate a few other things here and there but my baby was perfectly healthy. My doc told my baby goes off your stores in the beginning when I was worried. I also could keep no prenatal down. I will never judge a pregnant women for what they eat now, you just never know what they are feeling!

I eat low carb high protein while pregnant! I do tend to crave coke which is so unhealthy so it’s a treat on occasiona

I eat a healthy breakfast, healthyish lunch and healthy snacks throughout the day - dinners and night time snacks are another story🤦🏻‍♀️ lol my first who is almost 2 is perfectly healthy and so smart! And im sure my second will be the same, due any day now!

I ate whatever I wanted. We are normally pretty healthy anyway...and if I wanted a snack I’d have it. I was obsessed with pop tarts in my 3rd trimester.

My first pregnancy I was so sick and I are only pizza and cheese burgers for the first 2 trimesters. It was all that stayed down. The last trimester I ate mostly water melon and drank a lot of chocolate milk.
My daughter was born completely healthy. 7lbs 11oz 19in and 4 days overdue. She is 2 now and is a very healthy, extremely active child.

With my first all I wanted was fast food and he is very healthy.

I wouldn’t say I am eating the healthiest, but I am also not eating fast food or anything terrible either. I have started eating breads and a few other things I wouldn’t eat before pregnancy, but I am still aware of how much I eat and of what. I have not been strict with myself which is actually great because usually the holidays make me binge and it takes forever for me to bounce back and start eating healthy again. This year I was not strict on myself and I didn’t binge during the holidays and I feel so much better!

Lactose intolerant for my younger two but I’m lactose intolerant myself.  Plus I had Hyperemesis with them.
