What does feeling off before you find out your pregnant mean?

I always hear women say “ I just felt different, off, weird , etc,  so I took a pregnancy test” I’m just wondering what women mean when they say that. Because I feel different but I don’t know what I should feel like, and I’m afraid to get another negative.

I “felt off” so many months and swore I was pregnant and never was. I think I was always psyching myself out and making myself believe I was pregnant even though it was always negative. 
The month I actually got pregnant I didn’t feel anything different, except that I had implantation bleeding exactly a week before my period was due. Everything else just felt like regular period symptoms. I was 2 days late and finally thought, “hmm I wonder if I’m pregnant?” I tested the next day and sure enough I was.

I just felt off a week after ovulation. I felt like my pms symptoms were a bit tougher. Like usually just one boobs hurts and this time around it was both.  Then I was fatigued. Going up the stairs was a workout and I thought it was just gonna be a tough cycle. Then I started getting really mucusy. And then I realized I hadn’t gotten much pms symptoms 3 days before my period as usually expected and decided to test. 
I really feel Like my personal space has been invaded lmao

When I say I felt off, I meant my appetite change. I love to eat and about three days before I confirmed my pregnancy, I wasn’t eating anything. I definitely developed a hate for eggs which I absolutely love and I hated the taste of water. I knew something was up when I hate the taste of water.

I felt off with my son but honestly didnt know I was pregnant till I was 5 weeks. Eith my daughter and this pregnancy I felt normal

When I felt “off” it was meaning that i would get fatigued by things that never would have bothered me before. I was actually outside doing some landscaping and I had to stop and take a break because my body was physically come over with tiredness. It clicked in my mind then I needed to take a test

Some women just know when they are pregnant and some have no clue. I think when they say that, just means they feel different than usual. For me I got pregnant in August via IUI and I knew I was pregnant then it ended in a chemical. And we did another IUI in October and I had no clue I was pregnant, I just felt pressure in my lower stomach like my period was gonna come. And sure enough I was pregnant.
