Teeth pain....

So my whole upper right side of my teeth hurt and little swollen, my jaw is also sore. Luckily I have a Dental app Feb 5th, but oh my goodness this pain kept me up most of the night. This is my 3rd pregnancy and I've not ever experience this before... Anyone else? Does anyone have tips in the mean time? I brush 2x a day, floss and I just gargled with a little bit of warm salt water, plus been taking Tylenol and even tired an ice pack through the night. This sucks!! Especially going through morning sickness all day and fighting a nasty cold!
