Anyone else going to have a huge gap between kids?? These two are my youngest and going to be 10 in two weeks. I can’t believe I’m starting over with a newborn! My heart is aching that my current babies are so grown😭

Huge age gaps don’t apply to me right now (FTM) But I am 12 years older than my sister and I LOVE IT. She’s was like my little play doll that I got to dress and play with! Now we have the best relationship and friendship and can’t quite say we are best friends without it being cliche! You’ll be fine and you’ll have little helpers itching to help with the new baby!!

I have an almost 11 year old step daughter and an almost 3 year old! Big sis is GREAT with baby sis. I have made a point to not make her at all responsible for baby sis but they love each other so much! I was 10 and 13 years older than my siblings and I had to watch them ALLLLLLLL THE TIME. Like come home from a sleepover at 6am to watch my siblings and I really hated that. I swore I would never do that to our oldest and I’ve stuck by that. She helps little sis, plays with little sis but is never asked to actually do anything for her that she doesn’t choose to do on her own. I love my siblings and all but man, I had way too much responsibility for them at way to young of an age.

In my case it’s sort of a gap lol my first born  is 9 and my second is 6 and now I’m having my 3rd so 6 almost 7 years later I’m starting all over lol

I think huge gaps are fun for the older kids!! All of my cousins were ages 11-18 when I was born and it’s so cool to me because they remember how little I was and stuff 😂🤷🏼‍♀️
