7dpo..... I think

I ovulated somewhere between the 6th and the 8th so I’m going with the 7th. I think it’s wayyyy to soon for symptoms but my SO keeps telling me He thinks I am pregnant because of the way I’ve been acting. I know there is no way to tell right now just wondering if maybe he’s on to something. Over the weekend it all started. Slight cramping in a very localized spot in my lower abdomen (uterus area on the left not ovary). I smell things he can’t, things are starting to taste funny to me, and I got super dizzy and sick feeling Saturday night. Good signs? Like I said I know there is no possible way to know until I can test, but what’s it hurt to look at it as a possibility? I still feel like it’s too soon for any symptoms if I’m even pregnant. Anyone ever had symptoms this early?
