Lack of intimacy

I feel like my partner barely touches me. We have sex once a week. And I want more. I don’t know how to address it to him. Don’t want to be so explicit, but when we do have sex he finishes fast and I’m left there unfinished and he stops. Is lack of intimacy a problem?
