I can't take it anymore! Please help!

This all day nausea and vomiting is killing me. I can't get anything done. I'm constantly sick to my stomach and I vomit at least a couple times a day. I don't havey first ob/gyn appointment for a couple more weeks. What has helped your "morning" sickness? Ladies please help!
