Helppp !!! ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO

So I had downloaded this app named let go and I was looking for a new iPhone X and I found one for 650 and well I messaged the guy and he said the phone was in great condition it was BASICALLY NEW !!! so as soon as I seen it , it was beautiful no dents no cracks no scratches he had the paperwork for it and everything was good !!!! And it was great so I gave him the money and as soon as I got off to go to connect it I seen the emojis and they were ANDROID EMOJIS !!!! THE PHONE WAS FAKE !!! And It’s USELESS what do I do ??? Should I report it ???
