I need help!!!!!!

I just found out I was pregnant like last week & I’m not far long at all & I just went to use the bathroom & this is what wiped up .. what does it mean ??? I’m really scared rn

I think it really is a miscarriage.. & it was my first pregnancy 😪 I go to the doctor tomorrow .. I’m still bleeding not a lot but still, what a horrible way to start my year, Lucky me.

It’s not a miscarriage they said my hormone levels went up . They said it’s probably implantation or just spotting since I didn’t have any spotting at all when I first got pregnant I’m so relieved & happy, THANK YOU SOO MUCH to everyone that helped me in a positive way bc I probably would’ve stressed myself to a miscarriage if I had listened to some of negative comments..
