Pregnancy safe toothpaste
Hi ladies. I've been using Colgate red toothpaste even though I know it isn't the best because my physician assistant told me not to use anything with peppermint oil. I feel guilty every time I brush my teeth. Can I use Toms with peppermint oil or should I keep using Colgate? Thank you!
