BFN test!

Today is 10 dpo, since 8 dpo my boobs have hurt SO BAD I cant even not wear a bra, and I had some cramping. I took a test today (thinking i waited long enough) and it was a BFN!!

I am expecting AF Thursday, should I wait to test Thursday or wait a day after to test?

I’m new to this so I’m clueless!
